If You Had One Week to Live, Where Would You Go?

The world is so vast and beautiful that picking just a few places is so unfair to the others. But the first thing that I would do is book myself a package holiday so that I would have a hassle-free trip.

The first place that I would like to visit is MALDIVES

If you love the sun and the sea, then Maldives is a luxury place to be. This small island of pure paradise is the best place to enjoy snorkelling, surfing, scuba diving, swimming, just plain relaxing on the beach and much more. The pristine beaches of Maldives are as beautiful as the people there. The Maldives is blessed with sunny weather for most parts of the year, so you can make optimum use of all that the island has to offer.

The second place that I would pick is THAILAND

If you want a mix of history, culture, tradition and fun, then Thailand has it all. Being the most popular tourist destination in South-East Asia, Thailand has a lot to offer visitors.

The beautiful temples like Prasat Hin Phimai to Wat Arun, Thai tradition and culture run very deep in the place. There are numerous national parks and natural waterfalls like Khao Yai National Park and Erawan Falls. The floating markets and the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar add to the attraction of Thailand.

The third place that I would like to visit is SHANGHAI

When compared to places like Maldives and Thailand, Shanghai will take your breath away. Being the biggest city in China, Shanghai has a highly energetic atmosphere. Though there are not many places for sightseeing in Shanghai, the must-do things here include a ride in Maglev, the world’s fastest train; the Yuyuan garden and a cruise on the Huangpu river. The added attractions of this place are Disneyland Park and the revolving restaurant at The Oriental Pearl TV Tower which offers a fantastic view of the city.

My next pick would be ROME

This beautiful Italian capital is drenched in history. It has always attracted tourists from around the world every year. It never fails to overwhelm people who visit. Even if you spend months in this place, you still wouldn’t have experienced a fraction of everything it has to offer. The museums of churches will hold you mesmerized for hours. National Roman Museum, Capitoline Museum Ostia Antica, the baths of Caracalla, Appian Way, Santa Maria in Trastevere, Basilica of San Clemente, San Giovanni in Laterano, are just a few named attractions here.

My next favorite has to be PARIS

A city that demands that people fall in love with it. This French Capital is the global centre for art, culture, fashion and food. From the Eiffel Tower to a cruise on the Seine, there is no shortage of things that you can do in Paris. Montmartre, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Champs Elysées, Moulin Rouge and Disneyland Paris are some of the must-visit places here.

I would also love to visit DUBAI

Known for its ultramodern architecture, luxurious living styles, skyscrapers and the awe-inspiring Burj Khalifa, Dubai is amongst one of the most happening cities in the world.
Burj Khalifa is a must visit for all tourists visiting Dubai. The staggering 124 floors and the birds-eye view from the top are something one has to experience.

The other places to visit include: –

the 4th tallest hotel in the world and uber-expensive 7 star – Burj Al Arab; Mall of Emirates and Dubai Mall, Jumeirah Beach, Sheikh Saeed Al-Maktoum House and of course the Dubai Aquarium.

The Ibn Battuta mall in Dubai is another jaw-dropping place. It is the world’s largest theme-based mall. Shopping in Dubai is an experience by itself and it is not just about spending money, there is no other place with so much opulence and grandeur.

SYDNEY is another addition to my list of places

Counted amongst the most significant cities in Australia, Sydney is also the capital of New South Wales. When you think Sydney, the first thing that pops into the mind is the Sydney Opera House. With its distinctive sail-like design, it is listed as one of UNESCO’s heritage sites.

Sydney’s Harbor Bridge is another distinctive landmark and is also known as a ‘Coathanger.’ A visit to the Rocks is another must-visit place in Sydney, where you can experience the Rocks Discovery Museum, Darling Harbor, The Royal Botanic Garden, The Sydney Tower Eye, Queen Victoria Building are some of the places of attraction here. Sydney is also known for its beautiful museums, reserves, zoos, and beaches- Bondi Beach is one amongst many popular beaches.

Another place on my list is ORLANDO

Orlando is probably the most visited place in the world. Walt Disney World is the biggest and the most popular attraction here. It has attracted tourists and held them spell-bound for ages. The other most popular places include Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Typhoon Lagoon, Orlando Science Center, Kennedy Space Center, Gator Land, Islands of Adventure.

The list of to-do things is so long that it will leave you gasping for breath!

Not to forget LAS-VEGAS

A city that never sleeps and offers round-the-clock entertainment with the focal point being the Casinos. The Las Vegas Boulevard or the Strip as it is popularly known as has a life of its own.

From the bright lights to a trip to the Grand Canyon, from Venetian hotels to Gondola rides. Las Vegas is like a small piece of the from the entire World. Paris hotel and Eiffel tower, Bellagio Resort, Volcanic eruptions at Mirage hotel, High Roller Ferris Wheel, Caesar’s Palace and The Colosseum, New York-New York Hotel, Mandalay Bay and the Shark Reef Aquarium, Mob Museum, Stratosphere Tower and the list go on.

If you can’t visit the world, visit Las Vegas for an experience!

Last but not the least INDIA

A country that holds a rich culture and tradition which has been passing on from generation to generation. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari to the mighty Himalayas to a dip in the Holy Ganges, India has so much to offer that it is just impossible to list all of them. But the noteworthy include The Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Jaisalmer, Rann Of Kutch, Sunderbans, Ancient monuments of Aurangabad and Hampi, the Natural beauty of Sikkim and Meghalaya and the backwaters of Kerala.

You can’t visit all the places in India in a lifetime!

Booking a holiday package to these beautiful destinations of the world is the best way to enjoy them the most. When you visit any place by booking a holiday package, you are just left to enjoy the beauty with everything else taken care of.
